We use 00 Caputo flour, a high-quality, 100% soft white wheat flour from Italy, known for its superior quality. This unbleached, chemical-free flour undergoes a meticulous 72-hour cold fermentation process, enhancing its flavor and making our dough more digestible. The result is a pizza crust that is both flavorful and perfectly balanced.
Our sauce is crafted from authentic San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy. Renowned for their rich flavor and natural sweetness, these tomatoes create the perfect base for our signature sauce, bringing a taste of Italy to every bite.
Our pizzas are cooked to perfection in a Mugnaini wood-fired oven, a hallmark of culinary excellence. Mugnaini is America's most experienced wood-fired oven company, partnering with Italy's original modular pizza oven designer, Refrattari Valoriani.
